Quincy Harris is a Philadelphia-born media personality, producer, and entrepreneur with nearly three decades of experience shaping culture through storytelling. Starting his career in radio at just 18, Quincy quickly became known for his authenticity, sharp interviewing skills, and ability to connect across audiences. Over the years, he has worked at every level of media—radio, television, film, podcasting, and digital—hosting his own talk show (The Q), producing a feature film (Exit Strategy), and building a reputation as a trusted voice in both entertainment and community conversations.

Today, Quincy is the founder of Cornerstone PR Group, a media and production company that creates bold, culture-driven strategies for clients in politics, healthcare, education, and the arts. Cornerstone provides a full suite of services—content creation, media training, grassroots activations, brand strategy, executive coaching, and community engagement—helping leaders and organizations authentically connect with Black and Brown communities. Clients and partners include Moravia Health, Docs Health, City Of Philadelphia, Philadelphia 76ers, Pennsylvania Governor Shapiro among others. In addition to his agency work, Quincy is the creator and host of Frequency, a cinematic interview series that blends his personal story with cultural storytelling. Frequency uses Philadelphia and other iconic locations as visual backdrops to ground conversations in place and history. Episodes have featured artists like Kur, Westside Gunn, and Freeway, weaving high-level production with authentic dialogue about music, family, growth, and transformation. Expanding the brand, Quincy All Access offers a weekly, high-energy show covering current affairs, family, and entertainment while producing short-form content designed for digital platforms.
